Hi!

I’m a high school student living in New York City, and I have long been fascinated by Greek mythology and ancient Greek culture.  After starting with the Percy Jackson novels and D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths, I went on to read every myth-related book I could get my hands on.  In middle school, I won the New York Society Library’s writing prize for an essay titled “Greek Mythology Surrounds Us” and started a four-year study of Latin.  I’m excited to be currently writing, editing, and hosting the Lasting Legends: Greek Myths Surround Us.  The podcast is designed to not only teach children about mythology but to connect these stories with modern issues such as bravery, resilience, hope, and generosity.  I always love hearing from my listeners so don’t hesitate to reach out with your feedback.
